About

Why the range holds together, how I work, and the entity it runs under. The front sheet says what I build; this says why it is one job.

Detailed description

The software runs on hardware I host, through a platform I built, with builds and deploys I own. When something breaks at three in the morning it is mine to fix, which is the strongest incentive I know for building it properly the first time.

Electronics, hydroponics and solar sit on the same bench, and they keep the software honest. A wiring mistake does not roll back, and a plant does not care what your test suite says.

Operating principles

These are one idea rather than four. The hours are the raw material, the tool extends what they reach, writing down a decision is how it gets made, and the willingness to re-decide is what keeps any of it useful once the facts move.
